My first session in the egg did not disappoint. During it I felt like I was in another world and envisioned myself elsewhere based on the music. It was truly magical. I was brought to tears as many emotions came up for me. Post session I felt instantly lighter and happier. I had a smile on my face all day. It feels like a reset. Donna was amazing, she asked all the right questions to tailor the experience to me.. which was crucial. I cannot wait to go back.

I've now had six sessions, over a period of five - plus weeks & my experience has been nothing less than deeply gratifying....Donna's knowledge & manner in which she communicates about what could be going on with my body, along with providing empathy & support, has been providing me with an environment that allows for me to expose myself deeply in order to reap the benefits of each 50m session! My second time at Sacred Mountain Harmonics and what. As wonderful experience. The positive shift I feel after a session was different this time, but equally as wonderful. I feel so relaxed and grounded after each session and each one is so unique in the take away. Donna is also a wonderful guide for the session. I highly recommend this to anyone working on anything physical, emotional or spiritual. Your in for a treat!
